we have absorbed not less than 30 administration staffs and 250 labor. To assist
the production process, we make the grade of production lines as follows:
Custom Line
We use this line to make the
Custom Glove & Top Level gloves. The daily
production capacity for this line is 100pcs/day (2,500 pcs/month). It
has great skill worker. The worker is experienced more than 20 years.
Pro One Line
We use this line to make the Professional gloves. The
daily production capacity for this line is 150 pcs/day (3,750 pcs / month). Has
good skill worker, they are experienced in this field more than 18 years.
Pro Two Line
We use this line to make the Professional and high level gloves. The
daily production capacity for this line is 200 pcs/day (5,000 pcs / month). Has
good skill worker, they are experienced in this field more than 16 years.
Regular Line
We use this line to make the Middle and Middle High gloves. The daily production
capacity for this is 550 pcs/day (13,800 / month). Has good skill worker that experienced
more than 14 years.
Mitts Line
We use this line to make the 1st Base Mitt and Catcher’s Mitt gloves. The daily production
capacity for this line is 100 pcs/day (2,500 pcs / month).Has good skill workers, they are experienced
in this field more than 16 years.
